Relax, Breathe and Release - Restorative Yoga - 23rd February 2020

Restorative yoga is a wonderful antidote to our busy, fast-paced and often stressful lives. Press the pause button and join me for a deeply relaxing class where you will be able to release and unwind through restorative yoga. We will begin with a few gentle somatic movements followed by supported restorative yoga postures using bolsters, blocks and other yoga props.  This class can help to release physical as well as mental tension.  Following the postures you will settle in to the most comfortable variation of Savasana (relaxation pose) and experience deep rest through Yoga Nidra relaxation (yogic sleep).  Afterwards there will be teas and homemade nibbles.
