The lead up to Christmas can be super busy so press the pause button and join me for a special pre Christmas class where you will be able to release and unwind through restorative yoga, the perfect way to recharge your batteries. We will begin with a few gentle somatic movements followed by supported restorative yoga postures. This class will help to release physical as well as mental tension. Following the postures you will settle in to the most comfortable variation of Savasana (relaxation pose) and experience deep rest through blissful Yoga Nidra relaxation (yogic sleep). Afterwards there will be homemade Christmas nibbles and drinks.
