Calm before Christmas - Restorative Yoga

Make time for yourself and press the pause button in the crazy build up to Christmas and join Beth for a blissful evening of rest and relaxation. During this class you will be able to let go of physical and mental tension through somatic movement, before practising restorative poses where the body is fully supported using props. This means that there is no active muscle engagement, instead the muscles can gently stretch, relax and open into the support of the props. Finally its time to wrap up in a blanket and experience deep rest through the joy of Yoga Nidra – yogic sleep. This class promotes deep rest and relaxation and is the ultimate Christmas treat. Afterwards there will be homemade Christmas nibbles and bubbles.
